A sculpture-relief painting that I did for the upcoming Art Show at AnimeNorth 2008 :) I used polymer clay and acrylic and the canvas is something like 15" x 12"

I don't do a lot of fanart so I tried to not be copyist about drawing Haku, but rather give my interpretation of him in my own style. Hopefully I've captured enough of the original to make it work!

The whole painting glimmers in a way that is hard to capture on camera. He's got a glossy, pearly look with iridescent accents (the pink of his feet is much richer in person), and the sky reflects blue with wee silver stars.

I usually have either some good music going or some television going on in the background, something like reruns of any of the three CSI shows since I've seen all the episodes and can follow them without actually watching the screen heh heh ^_^
